The Mandril can swell orshrink,with assistant supporting if it needed.
Dual Bar:
With two swellable bar.
Dual cone head:
With the tapping head faster the strip.Simple structure.

With 3 type for choosing:
5 Rollers straightener、pinch roller
2 Rollers straightener、pinch roller
Pinch roller
*Edge trimming
The diameter of the cutter disc will accord-ing to the thickness of strip;
The blade overlap can be adjust manually or automatically;
The side gap can be adjusted by insert ga-sket orwhole set adjusting

*Flying Cut to Length
We provide three type of flying shear accrding to the thickness of the strip
Die set shear:Cutting range 3-15mm ( company patent )
Rotary shear:Cutting range 0.1-6.0mm
Drum shear:Cutting range 0.1-2.0mm

*Butt shear or Scrap baller
The butt shear mainly applied to the thick scrap baller mainly applied to the thin scrap treatment.

*Leveller
We provide 17 rollers, 19 rollers, 21 rollers, 23 rollers,according to the strip meanwhile Dual roller series leveler also provided according the customers requirement.
*Stacker
We provide three type stacker
Air cushion stacker:0.3-4mm
Vacuum stacker:0.3-4mm( Company patent,protects the surface strip effectly )
Mechanical stacker:4-15mm
